I needed to be able to connect both my 2 USB3 ports on the front and a memory card reader using both an internal USB 3 port if possible without using an additional PCI card, and this card is the only one I found in micro-ATX.

As for the rest, after LDLC updated the bios, it accommodated my Ryzen 5600X and my 2 x 8GB G.Skill RipJaws 5 Series 3200 MHz CL14. The bios is a bit full (messy??) but no problem to recognize and activate the right profile for the RAM.

It's just a bit wide compared to my SilverStone case and I had to cut a notch in a 5'1/4 cage to plug in the ATX power supply.

This was the cheapest B550 chipset micro atx AM4 motherboard available on the web, as far as far as I could ascertain that is, so it was purchased with a view to building a quality Ryzen box that, whilst not really suited to pure gaming, could game to a good level and, also, perform other tasks related to academic and creative work, (after all, a modest Ryzen is superior to the best i7 of a few years ago and have a TDP of only 65w!) The potential for speediness is aided by the facility to use an NVME SSD, which I added, and the PCI-E4.0 X16slot for the latest graphics cards. With my CPU having no integrated graphics the on board graphics chip would be inactive and the board would run cool. The possibility for running fast ram is available too.To sum up, this is an unbelievably good board for the price, and the matx format, I can't see anything anywhere near as good for a reasonable price with the same potential for speed. Very good value for money product. Received it fast and delivery man kept me updated with progress (DPD). Only issue was that the board may have been returned or stored in warehouse for long time so it built some signs of usage around the metal shield area over the I/O port area. New Ryzen 5000 supported board on a cheap with nice RGB features and plenty of I/O but cooling power isn't good so not for overclocking. The VRM on the top left corner near the CPU used to warm up fast without a high volume fan blowing into it. On paper it supports OC but I wouldn't suggest it for anything with 8C/16T variants ryzen and OC with it.
