The discussion on this group is visible publicly, but participation is restricted to members.  The purpose of this restriction is to maintain the quality of the discussion -- one factor is keeping spambots out.  I do allow people to remain anonymous but will moderate discussion as necessary to keep order.

Be aware that the email address you use to register will be visible to others. If you wish to remain anonymous, I suggest creating a new Google account and forwarding any received emails at that account to your regular email account.

A couple of rules:
1.  No preaching.  A simple statement of your beliefs is OK, but no proselytising.
2.  No personal attacks on other members of the forum.  However, feel free to criticize the Weinlands, but make sure any accusations are factual.

If you agree and wish to join, press the "Apply to join group" button on the top of this forum.

Housekeeping:  Please do not start a new thread if your comment is on-topic to a thread already on the top of the group and visible on your screen without scrolling.  If starting a new thread, do not start more than one per day (this may be changed depending on how busy the group is) unless you have some late-breaking news to share.  The goal for this rule is that conversations are not crowded out by prolific thread-starters.

Number of emails:  If you look at the top right part of the screen, you'll see a pull down button ("My settings").  You can control how many emails you get from this forum, ranging from a notification of every comment made to no email at all, with options in between this range.such as a daily summary.
