Bot Vromfs Bin Download

Hi guys, before the record I'm really aware about previous threads discussed on this error and I tried 10 times deleting all the vromfs.bin files of my game directory already and no luck on that, still error on the images.vromfs.bin file on my "ui" game folder on the last update of 2016/01/06.
i wanted to open aces.vromfs.bin to have a look at the m3a3 and romania mare to see what info i could get, ive download the wt packs that include the python packs, ive tried unpacking aces.vromfs.bin, itll load up the command bar for a second and then close and the file didnt unpack.
