Essay 1 revision extension
Students who would like a better grade on essay 1 (up to ½ point—which
may sound tiny but amounts to an entire letter grade) may revise and
resubmit the essay by Friday, 9/19, along with the first draft. Note
that the essay should be at least three typed pages (at least 750
words). Check the rubric for paragraph-by-paragraph requirements.
Also, essays not turned in last week will suffer late penalties--
students with late essays may also revise until Friday but should
submit a first draft ASAP.
