Dear Faldo users and co-developers,

I just want to let you know that SPODGI[1] supports FALDO now.
SPODGI allows you to use any genome variation graph in Odgi[2] as a SPARQL
database. This uses the known structures of the C++ objects to match predicates and
types in an efficient way while using the Python rdflib to execute the SPARQL query in a lazy manner.

This is still early beta but might be of interest to you.
