Auburn event tomorrow

I know this is last minute. There is a Girls in Aviation Day at Auburn tomorrow and they have lost some of the planned aircraft due to government shutdown. I am taking the Stearman. Here's the details:

The Auburn (KAUO) tower and the FBO opens at 0800 central. The FBO line crew will be the most helpful when parking the aircraft. GIAD starts at 0900, so I ask that you come in from 0800-0845 central. We do not want to overwhelm the line crew, if everyone is coming in all at the same time.

Here is a list of aircraft coming in to get a general idea:

- Piper Meridian

- Beechcraft Travel Air

- Beechcraft Bonanza

- Cirrus G6

- RV8

- Stearman

- 3 C172

- 3 Helicopters

These aircraft are now confirmed. The airport manager is working on a layout of the aircraft. Once this is completed, I will make sure to send it to you.

We are catering Chick-Fil-A biscuits or sandwiches. We are so appreciative of you all, so we will have one for you! 

Volunteers will be standing near the aircraft, but you are welcome to stand there and tell the attendees about your aircraft.

I have attached the airport diagram. GIAD will be taking place on the main ramp. I highlighted that ramp.

GIAD will end at 1300 central, so we will start wrapping up and you can get on your way.
