Hello again everybody…..I am attaching the note I got from Denver Garrett further explaining the “Preliminary” reading of the Revised Rules and Regulations.  I questioned them on why I got the notice and basically the Chairman said he felt like the four of us on the distribution list (Herrin, Poulter, Sciera, Pigg)  would do a good job of spreading the word. (Ha!). At any rate, you received the “Revised Rules and Regulations.”  Here is what I recommend….

Read the 25 pages I sent this morning and if there is a comment or suggestion on a change, send it to me.  I will keep a file and will bundle the comments (no names) and send them during the 10 day window to Denver, Hope and Ken Fleming.  Be realistic and only make suggestions that have good reasoning and will benefit both the tenant group and the Airport.  Remember, these rules affect all of us…..our leases, our airplanes, our hangars and MOST OF ALL, our ability to enjoy our hobby with minimum intrusion from Airport management. 

There is no immediate timeframe to submit comments so give the document some thought and send me what you feel would be appropriate for us to send to the Authority and local management.  (See below)

Hope, Ken, and myself have been working to revise and update the airports rules and regulations. As per 1.2 E of our current rules and regulations we must post the revised draft of the rules and regulations for public viewing and comment for at least ten (10) calendar days before the Authority can make an official change to the rules and regulations. 

That being said, we would like for you to review the revised draft of the rules and regulations prior to the official 10 day public review and comment period. Please let us know of any/all feedback you have.
