Gents, this is more for those of you who knew Bill Kehmeier. He was a Freightdog Captain on B747's and was doing a really nice build on an Air Cam in Ross Solvig's former hangar. I first met Bill on a flight to Lima where his wife (at the time) was an F/A on my crew. He turned out to be a really great guy, even buying the bar for me and my entire crew.
All that aside, I met his brother Steve through phone calls after Bill passed away, and came to know him as another great Kehmeier. For those of you who may know the family, Steve unfortunately just passed away March 31st. He is survived by his wife, adult children and grandchildren. not to mention his brother Tom who is an Atlas Freightdog.
