Thanks very much to all who responded. This is for our daughter & SIL who just had some water damage. Looks like they've gone with Restoration 1. Pls let me know if you've had any experience with them.

I have found Servpro and particularly good at coming out and drying things out and preventing mold. They come right away and work well with USAA. They will also handle the restoration work but if you're not using insurance for this I find them high priced
