Falcon 0.9.4.4 released - starting 0.9.6

Falcon 0.9.4.4 has been released; it marks the last effort in the
0.9.4 release series.

We're starting to work on the 0.9.6 version; the details of roadmap
will be discussed in the Committee next week. In the meanwhile, we're
gathering ideas and trying to shape down a possible technical path.

You are invited to extend suggestions that we'll consider during the
next meeting.
