Club Officers Training - Round 2 Dear Toastmasters Leaders in Bahrain,  Effective training for our club officers is one of the most critical parts of any district’s mission. Without properly trained officers, clubs cannot meet members’ needs or introduce the benefits of Toastmasters to others. Club Officer Training is a vital means to the leadership development. The FOUR Divisions in Bahrain strive to make every training session an enjoyable and rewarding learning experience. Clubs with officers attending training not only receive credit toward the training goal in the Distinguished Club Program, but also extensive knowledge to be applied to their clubs! The second round of COT is scheduled to be held on January 5th, 2018 from 3 to 6 PM, that provides Club officers the opportunity to meet with officers of other clubs and share best practices for improving their own clubs.
