Minutes of Meeting held on 25-9-2017

Dear Falconer,

Our 365th meeting will begin by 8pm today . Taking this opportunity to invite you all to attend this meeting sharp in time TODAY.

Following are the minutes of previous meeyting circulating prior to the meeting begins as Secretary would not be attending today's meeting due to 'scapegoated' leg injury which happened while saving few Goals in Inaugural football match.

Staright to the business , Minutes follows:-

Meeting started on time by SAA TM Salman at 8.00pm. The general protocols were briefed by SAA and the podium was handed over to the president. As customary practice falconers were asked to introduce themselves and later  the guests as well. Business session was next in line were SAA and Vp membership presented their reports.  The meeting was then anchored by TMOD TM Hidayatullah.  Followed by  the education session which had two prepared speeches . TM rizwan's advanced speech project got evaluated by TM Waheed Murad.  TM Nazir Mohamed ' s advances speech  project were evaluated by DTM Kamal Mohiyuddin. The education session was followed by a break at 9.05 and meeting resuemd by 9.10. the meetinng resumed with a special session from TM kannan , a presentation on New member Orientation program. At 9.15 the table topic session was conducted by TM Ibrahim kutty and at 9.30 the GE TM Wahid Murad was called upon to evaluate.

Points remarked by GE : Started meeting on time, Appreciated SAA briefing and presidential message. Notable remarks extended while appreciating the efforts in displaying the WOD across the hall. 

Negative:

To display the timing device eventhough its not working.To show more affection and care towards guests (Male) so that they have the urge to attend next meeting as well.

Meeting concluded by 10 pm
