Our President-Elect is rocking big time ! Guess what??? 

Shijas has been promoted from Regional Manager to the prestigious post of 

"  Director of Sales and Operations "  
    for Bahrain and Saudi Arabia - Hilal Computers. 

So don't miss the pool party! Its gonna be a double celebration with the company of Shijas and Muthalibka !

 Once again thank you all for your well wishes.

 Just to give you an insight to my company

 Yes I have been working with Hilal Computers for last 10 Years, when I joined Hilal Computers there was only 18 Employees and doing only Dell Partner box moving business in a small one floor office (Bahrain). When I look back I know that I have accomplished a lot bigger than I expected to do. Today we are a 130+ employees company with more than 10 IT Solution provider partnership and we are in a 5 story building in Bahrain and branches in Khobar and Riyadh. I am proud of myself.

 And needless to say I have wonderful boss who support me and energetic team behind me.

Congrats Shijas... it is a great achievement. Hilal always has been ruled by certain communities and their stooges, get in itself is a herculean task. Glad to hear you succeeded in breaking it and owning it :-)
 
By the way, have you changed the sales guys who never had the distant qualities to be in the sales? Anything you go in it is literally like the saying - vellyedath ponnin poya poleya....despite knowing many of them in person (I did work in CTS you know), MOD used to give orders to other companies not Hilal... (once a thrid party company bought Dell from Hilal and sold to us, but Hilal didnt win the bid directly :-) Just giving an outsider view of Hilal, may be things changed recently. I didnt contact them in the past 3 to 4 years.

Yes,it has changed a lot, i can proudly say Hilal Computers is no more ruled by certain communities and their stooges. it was hard and still hard but i am changing it.

Yes now we have a very good team taking care of Enterprise business.

   I am deeply regreting to say one fact recently happend to, in my case. You know i have been searching for new job. So as usual through friends circle i got intimiation to check in hilal for vacancy since i had work experience as a DTS in bangalore for more than  2 years in past. But two employee i dont know his name..give relply to my friend asking whether i am belong to  christian or not? if i am christian..they will.This really make me something upset.
 
Please shijas, take this as information from a wellwisher. I know How Hilal would be in ethics and all. But this experience really make very desappointment.
