The Falcon BMS Misc Consol app (referred to below as "app") works in conjunction with Falcon BMS 4.33, not a standalone program.
To do this, the server program of the Misc Consol app (hereinafter referred to as "server program") must be installed and running on a PC running Falcon BMS 4.33.

1. Server program installation and setup

a. JRE(Java Runtime Environment) install

The server program is written in the Java language. Therefore, to run the server program, the JRE must be installed on the PC.
If you do not have JRE installed on your PC, please download it from  java.com

b. Download and install the server program
The server program is about 2MB in size and is a single file. This eliminates the need for a separate installation process. You can save it to any location you like.
The latest version of the server program can be downloaded from the link below.

c. Running the server program
You can run the server program before running Falcon BMS 4.33.
Joystick management & emulation programs and head tracking programs are in no particular order, so it does not matter what you run first.

d. Server program settings (port number)
The server program automatically detects the installation location of Falcon BMS 4.33 and automatically accesses related files, so you do not need to set any additional information.
However, in order to communicate with the app, you need to set the communication port. Server programs and apps use 9999 ports by default.
This port is not normally the port used by known programs, so in most cases you do not need to change to a different number.

However, if your program is using this port, you will need to change it.
The following describes how to change the port number.

The icon of the window tray that the arrow points to is the icon of the server program as shown below.

Right-click on this icon and a pop-up menu will appear as shown below.

When you select 'Config' from the pop-up menu, the config window will be appeared.

Enter the port number and press 'OK' button to complete the setting.

The server program will apply the changed port number and wait for the app to connect on this port.

2. App installation and setup
a. App installation
The Falcon BMS Misc Consol app can be installed from:

https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.anakot.bmsmiscconsol

b. Running the app
It is a good idea to run the app after running the server program. This is a way to reduce connection latency.
But you can run it at any time. It is okay to run Falcon BMS 4.33 or run it in flight.

c. Setting IP address and port number
Once the installation is complete, launch the app.
However, since the IP address of the PC and the port number used by the server are not entered, the connection will not work properly.
The 'Config' button at the bottom of the screen as shown below will switch to the setup page where you can set this value.

When the setup page shown below appears, enter the IP address of the PC and the port number used by the server program.
You can use the buttons marked in red, which is basically the same as ICP.
When you are finished, press any button at the bottom of the screen to switch to another page and it will automatically connect to the server.

If you place the mouse cursor on the tray icon of the server program on the PC, you can check the IP address and port number as shown below.
