Hello, I have a question (nothing disrespectful)

I am a researcher and I recently came across a video about a girl drowning in a bathtub (video from around 2009). 

This was published on documentin reality and was passed off as "a video of an escapist girl". It turns out that recently I found out about Megao, his work and a kind of relationship with this video, which is why my question is:

Is Megao the person who recorded this video?

 For more details: The person in the video is wearing a mask, their legs are tied with a rope from the ceiling, and their hands are handcuffed/tied. The person wears black boots with heels, red shorts and a sweatshirt with white sleeves and the chest area is black. The video begins with the person in question tied up and in a fetal position looking up at the ceiling, the water is on and little by little it fills up while the person moves abruptly from time to time... its duration is 1 minute 40 seconds. Any information would be useful to me, I don't judge and I think megao's work is great.

I'll leave a video capture. Thank you very much for your attention and I hope the video is from megao, it is literally a little known mystery on the internet and it would be nice to be able to solve it.
