The blessing of diversity in the body of Christ
September 2, 2013
And they sang a new song, saying,
“Worthy are you to take the scroll
      and to open its seals,
for you were slain, and by your blood you ransomed people for God
from every tribe and language and people and nation,”
Revelation 5:9
I’m always amazed when I look at my family and notice the stark differences between every person in it. Each of my children looks different, has a distinct personality, and likes different things than the others.
Now, if kids who share a similar genetic makeup are all different in their own ways, then mom and dad are going to be more different, and extended family all the more. Yet, despite the many differences we have between us and our family members, it doesn’t change their status as our relatives. They’re related to us no matter what… nothing can change that!
The same is true of the family of God. When we come together with other believers from different backgrounds, ethnicities, and walks of life, there’s going to be some differences between us. But the unity we share in Christ is so much stronger than what divides us.
The body of Christ consists of a wonderful array of people from all different stripes. But look past the differences and focus on what unites us: our common love for our Savior, and a boundless grace only He can give!
LOOK PAST DIVISIONS AND EMBRACE THE WONDERFUL DIVERSITY THAT EXISTS IN THE BODY OF CHRIST.

Dear Friend,
While many pastors shy away from addressing controversial issues, I sincerely believe you need to hear straight, “bulls-eye” biblical teaching on many of today’s hot topics. Not only to grow in your faith as a believer, but to give winsome, compassionate answers to the hard questions our culture is asking.
That’s why I want to send you a special new resource today – my CD series called The Best of 2012.
This series contains 10 of my most popular and compelling messages from 2012, and it’s a resource that’s sure to help you in 2013 because it includes messages such as, “Are All Religions the Same?”, “Lessons on Leadership,” and “What Is a Christian?”
The Best of 2012 is my gift to thank you for your donation to help PowerPoint continue to proclaim God’s Word and truth ’til the whole world hears. So please request your copy when you give today.

Please teachers be with me and my family in prayer for my son had problem at Santiago did not get on the flight because he lost his wallet which he asked one of the girls that travelled with him to hold it while he attended to all their staffs because they sort of rushed at the at the NZ airport on their way to Santiago. Now to dept Santiago Panama then realized he lost his wallet with his student ID inside and that ID represents his visa throughout to Cuba.

I haven't slept at all since he called me 7.30 last nite until now I am still on standby. I tried my very best to make pre-arrangements on telephone and email although it was night so that early morning other arrangements could be more faster.  Trust with Gods help as we read in Psalm 26:2 it lifted up our spirits especially myself to find all other sources arranging it from here because office were still closed.  With this verse I shared and a prayer over the internet FB, it lifted up his spirit and to do something instead of being lost.  7hours awaiting the next flight to Panama gave us time to pre-arrange.  I thank Tefatu Tipelu for waking her up early morning 4.15am and was very supportive, she also went to meet the new girls at the airport.  As for Teaunu, he just told me online I am going, I said go ahead and leave other arrangements for me to assist from here and Cuba office so when you reach the front desk check in just tell them to check their internet message.  Fafetai te Atua, he did not contact me again and I assume he is still on-flight to Panama which takes 11hours travelling.  Now the other worry for me is from Panama to Cuba.  Due to lack of map or geography understanding and stress I thought that Panama was Cuba but now I just realized that he will need to check in again at Panama to Cuba.  Our NYork Embassy has been notified of this and I thank them for all their diplomatic arrangements from the Santiago route but now its the Panama route.

Teachers, I trust there is nothing impossible with God, so now I ask you all please be with me and my family for this last route Panama to Cuba.  Fakafetai te Atua.

Please this information is for us Sunday School Teachers only.

Fakafetai , fakafetai.
