Hi. 

Writing to you from SFO. Our flight is boarding in 30 minutes.  A quick note to you all.

THANK YOU. Thank you for your prayers.  We are so excited about this 2017 Fall Quarter. At Stanford, we have been getting things organized and leadership in place because we have a very full schedule ahead of us. We really need lots of prayer.

STANFORD UNIVERSITY. Great time with new student orientation. Two weeks of recruiting was a good harvest of 350 students signed up for ISCO activities. Sept. 25 the Fall Quarter classes began.   Now the followup needs lots of prayer

OCTOBER TRIP. October 2 - 16 are the dates we are proposing to come and engage in further meetings to enter into deeper involvement in bringing the Global Champions (GC) Project to the youth of Kansas.  We are now getting the GC Project proposal ready for presenting.  We hope to meet the new governor and others as we further assess the possibilities.

ISCO BOARD MEETING.  October 25 is our ISCO board meeting.  Lots to discuss and plan.

ASIA TRIP. October 26 we are scheduled to fly to Taiwan for annual meetings with GC ASIA for several weeks.  So we really want to work hard to accomplish as much as possible with our return at the end of November.

Subject: Prayer update

Good morning.  

Writing to you from the International House of Prayer.  We are in the Prayer Room.  Taking a moment to tell you that our meeting with the Lt. Governors office went well yesterday. Thank you for praying.  We had a great presentation.  They were impressed.  Now it is in their hands regarding how they feel we should bring it into the schools. 

Now we are checking off our list of items as we follow up on what we need if we are going to do this. More meetings and networking.  We need a core team of church people who want to do it.  So please keep us in prayer as we go forward to prepare everything.  God knows what He wants.  We are just going day by day to press in for the prize of the upward calling in Christ Jesus.

Please keep praying.  God’s kingdom come, God’s will be done.  

We are praying for you all too.
