I am writing to inform you that I have decide to not continue to serve as a FIG coworker.  Pastor Chen told me some of you came forward to discuss my personal defect with him, and he had to relay the information to me.  I completely respect your opinions and pastor's stand.

FIG's coworkers are called out based on 1st Timothy 3.  I do desire a noble task; however it is no longer appropriate for me to continue as described by the ensuing verses. It is time for me to quit in the best interest of the church so that I will not tarnish God's and FIG's images.

I apologize for all the troubles that I have caused, and, of course, for my quick temper. If you allow me to explain: I grew up in a very strict family, and have been living a very disciplined life (in terms of behavior, instead of academic.)  Because of this early influence, I have a hard time understanding why children disobey or talk back.  I especially have very minimal tolerance for unruly children, and bullying. I always look up Proverbs 23:13 as my old adage for there is something that is always true and will not change even after 3000 years.

I apologize again to all the people I have offended.

Finally, I wish to let you know that none of our coworkers are getting paid as some of you might have thought; this is a noble task and it's a whole lot of works, really. It is a position that I desire, but dislike.
