I won't be able to help you with this specific issue but I can say that php 7.1 will not work with zend loader because it's supported only up to v5.6. Please downgrade yout php to 5.6 and make sure that the build is nts (non thread safe) because thread safe will not work..Although you have to run the php in fastcgi mode because all xampps come up with thread safe php

for both zend and ioncube there are services that decode them, but these softwares latest versions are very expensive to decode like 125 euro for 25 files . this is more than the price of script itself .so you don't need to worry much about it and can easily use either zend or ioncube (I use ioncube).

You can download Zend Guard Loader from here. Be sure to download the Linux 64-bit loader for the version of PHP your app is using. The filename will look like zend-loader-php5.X-linux-x86_64.tar.gz.

I've just updated from 9.10 to 10.04. Everything seems to run fine except for zend optimizer which is throwing "Zend Optimizer not installed" error. I went to php.ini and the following line is still thereCode:

I have now gone through all of the questions tagged zend and updated the tags on those not about Zend Framework. There were about 25. There are a few that are about multiple Zend things simultaneously, I've left those alone when one of those things will end up being Zend Framework. There were about 15 that were tagged zend+frameworks ("frameworks" having a synonym of "framework") that I've corrected.
