I am setting up a new Win 10 laptop and I handled setting up the connection to the existing HP Laserjet 200 color MFP M276. After successfully doing that, I checked for updates and saw that there was a firmware update for it dated 20190401. So I downloaded it, the printer was in a ready state so I ran the .exe

After it ran, a new window opened with a message that it might not have installed correctly. How do I check whether it installed correctly or not.

Hi there ..i got Unlocked Telstra Nighthawk M1 (MR1100) and currently it running under Sim card of Zain Kuwait ....my current Frimware is NTG9X50C_10.12.02.01 which is back on 2017/01/28 ...every time i hit frimware update it keep checking and keep like that forever ...i tried to do it Via Netgear Mobile app and every time i get pop up message telling me update error ... i even tried Factory Reset and the problem remains ... How can i update this **bleep**en Router and even there is no way that i can update it Manually ??

Since firmware updates are provided over the air by the carrier, and Telstra, AT&T, and a couple EU carriers are the only one's who officially support the device. I don't really see any option but to take the device back to Austrailia and try to do an OTA update. This may require the use of a Telstra SIM and APN. Publically, at least, Netgear seems to be refusing to provide firmware or a tool to update it. I had heard rumors of the launch of an unlocked commercial version of the MR1100 -- which presumably would require Netgear to provide direct support -- but I've not seen any official announcements to this effect.

You could try contacting Telstra support, but I suspect they would be unlikely to help you. You might be able to find an Aussie friend on this board, ship them your MR1100, have him put his SIM in it, do the update, and ship it back to you.

some information to try and work out what is causing the issue. Netgear hasn't said if they are working on a fix for it yet, so I assume they haven't worked out the problem yet. There isn't any downloadable version available to manually update it yourself.

My only solution is to keep my Netgear Router and plug it in when I want to print. I even had a TMobile store manager here trying to figure it out. All TMobile needs to do is make their Gateway towers with a WPS button and the problem would be solved.

What security settings do you have on the router? When I installed mine last week my laptop would bluescreen when I tried to connect it. I figured out that my Asus Nano USB that did NOT support WPA3, which is the default for the Arcadyan KVD21. I switched it to WPA/WPA2 and it worked fine.

Same issue for me, i am an IT wizard and both Brother Color LAser and a separate scanner, both very new and current machines, would connect, work for a few hours, then just stop working. They still show connected but no communication on the network.

I created a new SSID, LameNetwork, assigned it to 2.4GHZ and WPA2 and AES, and hidden, and both machiens connected to it and are working again. Im going to see if they keep working for a few days. There seems to be some firmware issues with the printers and the communication standard with this new Gateway, TMobile still has somethings to figure out. I will message Mike the CEO and let him know (we talk once and a while about stuff), but he needs to know his tech team needs to get his right if they want to compete as a solid home solution..

Will report back if these printers stay connected, its like they work for 3 hours, then just STOP, when using the dual band SSID and such.. the solution above worked for the time being, hoping it sticks, will report back.

The only option right now is to create 2 networks, one for the printers, one for the other devices.. you cna hide the network for the printers too (which is what i did), so really there is only 1 network, 2.4 and 5G and all items connect..

I had the same issue with my HP ENVY 6055e printer. I got the hotspot to set up the 2.4GHz network, but I had to do it through the app on my phone. I could not do it via the website on a PC. Still waiting to see if the printer will work...

So, we had the Tmobile modem(the 5g tower... black box) for a few weeks now... worked great at first but now it continues to shut down every few minutes and restart. If it does it long enough I have to completely redo the setup on the app. Has anyone ever had this happen?

I have not seen a conversations with that behavior. It sounds like the gateway has a problem or the power adapter for the gateway is failing. If you have only had it a few weeks I would ask to have a replacement. If there is a T-Mobile store close by that also supports the gateways I would contact them and see if they can do a swap out for you.

Same here. We just switch over to T-Mobile 5g home internet about 3 weeks ago. Worked great for the first week. Then the second week, it dropped connection 3-4 times requiring unplugging and rebooting the gateway. This week is the worst. Now it cycles through shutting off then "powering up" about every 15 to 30 minutes. And last night, I had to do the setup again in the Tmobile internet app. This is simply not workable. I'm not sure if this is regional, but I am in Central Arizona area.

I already tried unplugging for 2 minutes and restarting (Tried this about about 15 times over the last 2 weeks). I also restarted the modem from the tmobile internet app. That is when the app no longer recognized my gateway and I had to go through setup again.

Azzlyn2006 - I am just speculating but try reseating the SIM card. The SIM card holds significant information about the account and services. If the SIM is not making contact in the unit this could cause issues with the tower connection. If it is shutting down and then powering back up maybe it is a faulty gateway or power adapter. Before you do more or it goes down check notifications on the LED display. The Nokia receives notifications via the LED only, which is not ideal, but if the Arcadyan or Sagemcon are similar in this respect or not I do not know. If there are any notifications with error codes that would be something engineering should be able to work with. I do not believe the SIM connection would have any relationship to the unit rebooting. If there is a T-Mobile store that supports the gateways talk to them and see if you can get a replacement. I do not believe that is a tower issue. If a firmware upgrade was pushed to the gateway it might reboot to install it but now if it has an issue with the firmware or an upgrade went sideways that could possibly lead to it being in a bad state rebooting. Either way there is probably little you can do with it.

Well, I guess time will tell. It sounds like it could have been the gateway itself. I would hope they are recording the serial numbers of such failures to determine if it was a manufacturing run or just a possible one off issue. There have been a number of reports of this nature which makes me think it may have been a possible batch of components in a build run. I suppose the might just ignore it and continue replacing on failure. A common industry practice.

Se said it was clearly a problem with the gateway. AND that that particular brand (the tall one) was known to have this problem. Drop shipped me a new one on a Friday, got it on this last Monday. Opened the box: Same rough shape (square in cross-section) but shorter than the original. Set it up. No more drop-outs.

When DJI announced the Ronin-SC this past July, it included features not found on the original Ronin-S. The Chinese manufacturer has now added Force Mobile, ActiveTrack 3.0, and Auto 3D Roll 360 modes to its original 3-axis gimbal stabilizer for mirrorless cameras. The V2.0.0.90 firmware update allows Ronin-S users to add these features.

Thank you so much for doing this, DJI. I got the update three days before this article was published while I was tweaking my Ronin S through the app. I hope DJI releases an update let users use the Focus Motor while the camera-ronin s cable is connected.

Don't know about Ronin S but with Ronin SC if you want to use Lock mode you need to constantly hold front button. That's is super annoying. I can't change this in custom mobile app settings. Please Ronin give me option to simply customize 3 modes to 1 of them be Lock mode.
