League Meet Updates - IMPORTANT!!

Hello team!

Thank you to everyone, athletes and families, for sticking with us during all of the recent changes due to weather.  It's a logistical nightmare, so we appreciate your patience as we try to get everything figured out.

Here are the details for the upcoming Front Range League Track Meet:

Dates (UPDATED): Thursday, 5/5 and Friday, 5/6

Times: Schedule attached (look at pages 3 & 4)

Entries: Attached - please look these over!  I have turned in marks for those that are not listed and requested one spot for Rishi in the TJ.  

Permission Form (REQUIRED IF NOT TAKING THE BUS): Click here and return form to Cathy....@bvsd.org ASAP.

Transportation:  We are still working out details on the transportation.  With multiple meets moving around this week, getting a bus is tricky.  When asked in practice today, only about 5 kids planned on taking the bus.  I need to know from those that need to ride the bus if you have a ride home or if we also need a bus to transport you home.  Please let me know ASAP!  This will determine if we have to share a bus with another team or if we can potentially get the white bus.  I typically ride the bus home alone with the bus driver, so if you do NOT intend to ride home, I need to know ASAP!  Thank you!!

This will be some folks' last meet of the season, so if your name is on the list, please do everything you can to be there!  We had a lot of scratches last night and for reasons that should have been totally avoidable.  I understand illness, I don't understand going to the wrong location when multiple forms of communication are sent out daily.  Be proactive, show up!!  We want to see you compete!!
