It's St. Vrain time!

Hello team!

The time has come for St. Vrain!!  This is a big meet and our last chance for a qualifying mark that will take you to state!

Attached you will find the updated schedule and heat sheets!  Please take a look at these, as the schedule has changed slightly from the one that was sent out in the last team email on Sunday.  

Here are the specifics:

• Bus departs at 8:00am 
• There will be a bus returning as well, expected back to FHS by around 10pm.
• If you are not riding the bus, you must fill out the permission slip to get to the meet on your own.  Click here to access the sheet.  This MUST be turned in to Cathy....@bvsd.org BEFORE the bus leaves at 8am.
• If you are participating in this meet, you have been excused for the entire day on Friday.
• This is a long day and the temps are expected to be in the upper 70's for temps.  Bring plenty of snacks and water to last you the entire time you are at the meet.  Since I'm riding the bus, I won't be able to bring the snacks like I did at League, but we will have a cooler that we can fill with water.
• If you are in a relay, you must have matching uniforms - solid black shorts and your singlet.  
• Bring your training shoes for warm-up's and your competition spikes for racing.  I just bought another 100 - 3/16" spikes for tomorrow and state, so please check your spikes to make sure you have the correct length and are ready to go well before your event.
