Hello team!  There are a few items that I want to get out to everyone, whether you are involved in winter training or not, so here is 'that' email.

               **We currently don't have enough orders placed to order anything at all. I'd love for everyone to consider either a long sleeve, short sleeve, sweatshirt or some top option to wear at the meets.  Looking the same makes us identifiable and builds great team spirit!  Parents, you are welcome to get pieces for yourself as well!!

• For those of you that have already signed up, be prepared with layers of clothing this next week!  If you are on the distance squad, you should be prepared to go outside all 4 days.  The sprint/field squad will be outside on Monday and Wednesday and in the weight room on Tuesday and Thursday.

I hope you all had a wonderful holiday break and you were able to ease back into school and a routine this week!  We'll tag on track for winter training this next week.  Hope to see many of you back on Monday!
