Hello team!  We have just three more weeks before Winter Break, but it's time to start thinking about Spring Track!  The coaches have collectively put together a winter training program to get the entire team ready for our upcoming 2023 season.  No matter what your event focus will be for the upcoming season, we will have something for YOU!  The first few weeks will be focused on getting you in the routine of working out again if you've taken the fall season off.  We'll have fun and focus on building a foundation with the workouts.  Winter break will be on your own and then we'll hit it again when school starts up in January!  Below is an outline of the plan!

Dates:
  • Block 1: Nov 28 – Dec 16 (3 weeks)

: Meet 3x/week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday)

                        : 4:15-6:00pm

                        : Focus groups:

·      Distance: Emphasis on season long development, supplemental work, fundamentals and injury prevention, some weight room work once an athlete is ready.

·      Sprints/Field: Emphasis on season long development, supplemental work, fundamentals and injury prevention, Weight room work.
