Nimet and I just wanted to send along two things for this weekend - hope you enjoy.A group of NYCFTC members attended the live showing last night at the 92Y, where Malala and her father were interviewed by Christiane Amanpour. It was truly amazing to see this 16-year-old girl from Pakistan speak with such conviction about the need for education and gender equality. The NYCFTC is proud to support girls like her by promoting fair trade.
