Can we have a quick Executive Board meeting this week?

Hello all,

We just received an invoice from Scholastic but it goes beyond the expense budget for Book Fair and hence it is not included in the released fund approved by the previous PTA general meeting. To be able to send out a check, the expenditure needs to get approved by the Exec Board. Since the invoice is due in a few days, can we have a quick meeting tomorrow evening or sometime on Friday? It will only take a few minutes and we can do it on Google Meet. Let me know what time works for you and I will send out a calendar invite.

- Feb 15, 7:00 - 7:15pm, 7:30-7:45pm

- Feb 16, 7:00 - 7:15pm, 7:30-7:45pm
