Fairfax Little League Google Group Welcome

Hi All!

We want to apologize for the repeat e-mail from earlier this month.
As spam becomes more prevalent and internet providers try to get it
under control, it has become more difficult to send mass e-mails like
this one to the 800+ Fairfax Little League Families. As a result, we
have moved to Google Groups for this purpose.

However, Google had to review our upload of the e-mails and this
process took much longer than anticipated. Therefore, we implemented
a work around for the April Chairman's note. Google finally approved
the e-mail upload today and sent out the Welcome Note with the repeat
information. We hope this format will be easier and, going forward,
there should not be any duplicate e-mails.

So now a little business -- be sure to turn in your raffle tickets. A
list of some of the great prizes ais now posted on the website at
www.fairfaxll.com. The drawing will be May 24th at the 1:00 Potomac
Nationals game.
