Hi everyone,
In our next session, we will continue working on Muso Dori.
Recently, we began practicing Nage Kata (throwing techniques), specifically Seoi Nage (shoulder throw). Performing this technique as an armbar can sometimes be Gyaku, as the arm is twisted. We started with Ryote (two hands) and also practiced Katate (one hand).
The steps for Nage Waza are:
1. Kuzushi
2. Irimi (Entering)
3. Kake (Hooking)
4. Pinning
5. Zanshin
