中段之構       Chūdan no Kamae – middle level

天地之構       Tenchi no Kamae – heaven-earth
八相之構       Hassō no Kamae – eight aspects
正眼之構       Seigan no Kamae – correct eye
霞之構          Kasumi no Kamae – mist

型                Kata – patterns

1 附込             Tsukikomi – attach and push in
2 突掛             Tsukigake – thrust and trap
3 斬上             Kiriage – rising cut
4 斬下             Kirisage – dropping cut
5 鎹止             Kasugaidome – bind and stop
6 小蝶返          Kochōgaeshi – small butterfly counter
7 四方斬          Shihō Giri – cutting in four directions
8 八方斬          Happō Giri – cutting in eight/all directions
9 月之輪          Tsuki no Wa – full moon
