Hello American League families and Happy New Year -

Yes, there’s a little snow on the fields and it’s cold, but baseball season is upon us.  Registration is open, Tryouts are Saturday Feb 19th.  Practices start early March.   So, go find the bat bag, clean out the sun flower seeds and dirt and let’s play ball….

Registration: Less than a month left to save on your Spring registration. The Early-Bird registration ends January 31, 2011. You can register online at www.FairfaxLL.com or in person on January 22nd at Dick's Sporting Goods in Fair Lakes.

Managers and Coaches: If you are interested in managing or coaching this season please email Scott Peirce at sc...@tcwinc.net.

Evaluations: We are still finalizing the schedule, but as it stands right now player evaluations will be on February 19th at Fairfax High School. Details to come.

Composite Bat Update: Little League International has imposed a moratorium on the use of composite bats. Please read the following info from Little League International. http://www.littleleague.org/media/newsarchive/2010/Sep-Dec/CompositeBatMoratium.htm
