I recommend that you start a website with an appropriate URL that is
different than your own name. Normally I don't respond to phishing
scams using phony excuses to promote their own personal business.
However, in this case it seemed not a bad idea to include the linked

In case you were actually indeed legitimately interested in doing
anything about fairness of scientific publishing I will give you a
hint of something real: it is the discrimination of journals based on
the ISI ranking, which is designed to favor the interests of large
corporate publishing and to discriminate against the small independent
publishers.
