No Thunderbolt This Week

I warned you that this might happen; please understand that I am sort of like someone with a brand new lover who is having trouble concentrating upon anything else.  Rather than my head exploding over some recent political outrage, I instead spent this week pulling all the seats out of a school bus.

One thing I will mention on that:  I was kind of worried about the fact that after purchasing the bus I had very limited funds with which to fix it up — and in fact I was thinking that I didn't have nearly enough and that I was going to have to do some fairly serious borrowing — but I spent the years 1998-2000 working on another bus project that was aborted by six years in prison, and when my friend who was working on that project for me heard that I had a new bus he let me know that he had saved all of the stuff that I bought back then!  (This was back in the 'good ole' days' when I was a rich pot dealer.)  It turns out that I already have most of the appliances that I will need — including a 12-volt on-demand hot water heater, a luxury I couldn't even dream of now — and I will also have a brand new 20-year old still-in-the-box stereo system that was absolute top-of-the-line back in 1999!  Complete with 12" woofers!

I’m telling you, People:  Magic happens.

Anyway, there is one event that you may be interested in checking out — though it starts today, so you’d better get on it if you’re going to…

Anyway, that’s it for this week.

I’ll try to come up with something for next week — but no promises…

Peace.
