Note on privacy

Hi everyone,

Just in case you're not aware of this - I tend to send replies to the
mailing list when you ask me a question that other students are
interested in.

This is done to ensure there are no bottlenecks in the propagation of
information.


I do take out any personal details that are not related to the actual
question. If you ask me about a function argument and mention in a
post-scriptum that last night you had a dream about a green horse
wearing a jacket and climbing a wall - I will most likely remove this
part :-)



To disable 'info-sharing' mode, tell me about it explicitly; otherwise
there can be issues because of conflicting views about privacy.
