Hey,
after enjoying my machine for about a month I´m
I pulled the plug while the machine was still powered.(Stupid I know...)

Now it doesn`t heat up anymore,  the upside is  that the pump is still running.

Is there a fuse I might have blown? Or could the heating element be broke.
I will open the machine now and have look...

Any advice appreciated
Flo

Sorry to hear that, get out your ohm meter and test resistance on the heating element and the high limit switch 👍.   I am not sure what good values are, but I always Google around and someone will post "good ohm values" for heating elements and limit switches

Thanks Sam,
I opened the machine and by checking out the back of the heating element I saw that, the last strand of the electrical copper wire burnt through and tha cable wasn`t connected anymore.
The other cable had 2 strands left :)

I remembered that when I assambled the machine, after getting it first, seeing this and thinking this could be a problem, a "will fix it later.." problem.

Well, reconnected it and coffee is flowing.
But the cable isolation is really brittle, another later problem...

If the wire is degraded, it will create resistance, get hot, dangerous.   Ok?
