Dear Sir,
The research proposal is invited form the Institute for the CSR activities of HEFA.
Thematic Area - Mention the thrust areas under which the proposed project would be categorised (Education, Water Conservation, Health/Hygiene, Skill Development, Community Development, Others-Please Specify)
The main parameters are as follows.
The project should be a new project or maybe part of an ongoing project (Completed projects or projects which have been already ongoing for a period over more than 2 years will not eligible)
2. It would be preferred if the research objectives in the project have social relevance and for the betterment of society.
3. The tenure of the project should not exceed 3 years and project should be completed within 3 years from the date of sanction.
4. Project cost shall not be more than 50 Lakhs.
5. It would be preferable if there is no Equipment cost. However, if there is an equipment requirement than its cost shall not be more than 20% of the total project cost in the budget.
6. The equipment purchased out of the HEFA CSR fund shall be in name of the Institute. No equipment shall be purchased for personal use/personal capacity like Mobile, Laptop/Desktop, Camara etc. The institute shall be the custodian of the equipment purchased out of HEFA CSR fund. Inspection by HEFA will be carried out as and when deemed necessary.
7. The Institute may submit maximum of two proposals and they should provide their order of priority.
