NBA: Documents for P21-P24

 Dear All,

The following files have to be prepared for NBA.

Instructions:

1. For each file mentioned below (Eg P21...), use a green envelope (from HOD office).

2. The first page in each file will be an index sheet that gives details of all documents in the file (for one year). This will be done for one academic year.

3. The above needs to be done for 2021-2022, 2022-2023, 2023-2024,2024-2025

3. Before submitting, write your name and file number (Eg P21...)

Example: Name: ABC

                File no: P21

               Contents: Index sheet with documents for 2021-2022,  Index sheet with                                 documents for 2022-2023,  Index sheet with documents for                                     2023-2024,  Index sheet with documents for 2024-2025

              

Every faculty will be submitting four files-P21,P22,P23,P24 with each file containing details for the aforementioned years.

4. Salary slip (latest)

1. List of FDPs, STTPs, NPTEL courses organized / participated (Documental Proof)

2. MOOC Courses Participation / Development (Documental Proof)

P 23

1. Faculty Support in Student Innovative Projects

2. Faculty Internship/ Training/ Collaboration with Industry

P 24

1. Publications

2. Books 

3. Book chapters

4. Patents, working models, 

5. Ph.D. enrollments

6. Number of Ph.D. students graduated

7. Approval letters of R&D projects

8.Approval letters of consultancy projects,

9. Institution Seed Money or Internal Research Grants

10. Proof of working models and products developed by faculty
