The stipend sheet & report for January 2026 is prepared. All are instructed to submit leave applications for January 2026 (if any) to avoid stipend deduction. It is also instructed to get the stipend sheet & system generated stipend report signed by supervisors. Both the sheets are to be signed by February 6 for further processing. The biometric attendance is enclosed therein for your reference. Please do the needful.
Note: It is observed that few students have frequently missed log out punches and hence marked absent is biometric record. It is hereby instructed to log out daily without fail to avoid stipend deduction.
