Regarding stipend report for January 2026

Dear students,

     M.Tech. second year students are instructed to get the stipend sheet (January 2026) signed by project guides by January 5. Duly signed leave applications (if any) are to be submitted to avoid deduction of stipend. The biometric attendance report is enclosed herewith for your reference. Please do the needful.

     M.Tech. first year students are instructed to sign the stipend sheet for January 2026. Duly signed leave applications(if any) are to be submitted to avoid deduction of stipend. The biometric attendance report is enclosed herewith for your reference. Please do the needful. 

Note: As the biometric report (attached) is generated at 4.00 P.M. today it won't show the log out punch for 30.01.2026 and weekly off 31.01.2026 . It will be verified from the updated report before processing the stipend sheet.
