This email concerns the final development of the Digital Profiles for faculty members of your department and departmental facilities itself. The profiles have been prepared based on data provided by the departmental coordinators and have already been reviewed by the respective faculty members earlier.

Before uploading these profiles to the VNIT Nagpur and departmental websites, I request you to kindly verify them once again.

If you notice any missing or incorrect information, please share the details with me so that necessary updates can be made. You are requested to send any corrections or additional information by 12 November 2025 for the final compilation. In case no response is received by the deadline, the department’s profiles will be considered final.

Dear HOD Sir,

There are several corrections required in this file. Therefore, I request you to please share the soft copy with us before the final submission and uploading it to the website.

Secondly, if the faculty names are arranged in alphabetical order, then the same rule should be consistently maintained for all faculty members. At present, there seems to be a discrepancy.

I would also like to update the information on my profile page accordingly.

I am of the opinion that whichever rule is followed should be applied uniformly to everyone.
