Hi.

It's my first time using FactoMine. I tried to run MFA and got the
error message:

"factors are not defined in the qualitative groups"

I appreciate your help.

The types that you have defined for the groups may be wrong.
It is difficult to help you without the data set and the lines of code but the error message suggest that you define a group as qualitative and the variables are quantitative. Check that your variables are qualitative or tranform your variables using the function as.factor.

hint from a basic user
if you used the plugin Rcmdr de factominer
and opened the MCA , the variables must appear in the window
if not , you must transform your variable into Factor
quite easy to do with the interface in the data manager with any line of
code

Hi François,

Thank you for your comments. Couldn't make it work so I have sent you
a more detailed explanation with the data.

Thanks again.
