Normalization/Standardization for FAMD

Hello all,

I am applying the FAMD function from the package for a mixed dataset. The numerical columns need to be standardized via Z-score method. Does FAMD do that by itself or do we need to apply the standardization first ?

Also, if anyone can help me identify any package or functions that can handle standardization of numerical columns in a mixed dataset.

Hello,

FAMD standardizes the continuous variables. No need to preprocess the data.
