Hi
I used the FAMD function from Factomier and as you can see in the graph of quantitative variables (https://i.stack.imgur.com/Kbq1j.png) V2 has a low contribution percentage. On the other hand the cos2 value of V2 is rather large. So, I wonder how that is possible? I mean what can be understood from V2? Is it good in PC1-PC2 chart?

Regards,
Mahmood

Hi
The variable V2 is well projected on the plane. And the cos² is similar to the cos² of the other variables. All the continuous variables contributes approximately in a same way in your analysis (from 14% to 18%).
