Hi,

When I perform a HCPC on the results of a CA, the output $data.clust is not in the same order as the original data file.  Is it possible to have these results in the original order?  (I found a work-around by exporting $data.clust, sorting it in Excel, and reimporting it again but it isn't an elegant solution).

With a CA, is it possible to change the symbols in the "classic" graph and is it possible to plot an empty graph?

The reason for the latter is that with large data sets I calculate a 2D KDE of groups in the data set and would like to plot the contours on their own without the original data points.

Please note that I am using the "classic" form of the graphs as I find ggplot's graphs extremely ugly and full of unnecessary chart junk.

Thanks, Kris.
