Dicebags

Hey guys, I would like your opinion on something. I'm thinking of
making dicebags, high quality well made custom bags. If you were
looking to buy a new dicebag, what would you want it to be like? What
features would you want? Colors, materials, designs?

Liz, what would you like as a female gamer for a dicebag?

I'm trying to get a general idea, so I'm asking you guys as well as
ENWORLD and CM as well.

What do you think?

Hmmm..
Any Dice bag needs to be sturdy. Generally leather or denim strike me as good materials for a dice bag. Even so, multiple layers of 'weaker' fabrics would probably work well.. like a quilted or lined bag.

For me, something that might make me consider a bag is multiple compartments. Generally I want to carry more than just dice in my bag. Tokens and the occasional mini also generally end up in there, and it would be nice to be able to pull those out without having to dumb the entire bag out, sort through the dice and shove it all back into the bag.

Are you going for "style" or "substance?"

I've got a chainmail dicebag that I really like, from a "style" perspective, but it's not really any amazing piece of diceholding technology. ;)

Substance would be the main focus of this project. I want a dicebag
that will meet a gamers needs. There will be style considerations but
they would be secondary.

Would it be feasible to include a way to sort dice by type? d20s here, d8s there, etc.?
