Hello,
If you are interested in attending the Facilitators Guild in July, please note that we will be meeting on a different week of the month from our usual pattern.
The July meeting will be on Wednesday, July 27, from 8:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m., at the CCED offices, 1615 East Michigan Avenue.
The planned portion of the meeting will be a dialogue on this question:
"What stands in the way of using facilitated dialogue as a means to engage in civic discourse in our community?"
All who attend are encouraged to think of at least one challenge or barrier to the use of facilitated dialogue as a practice, occurring at any level (personal, interpersonal, institutional, or cultural).
Thanks to Michelle and Brendan for sharing with us yesterday their deep consideration of the benefits and challenges of co-facilitating. Very good stuff.
