Great stuff today at the Facilitators Guild, triggered by Bob's "The Journey Toward Systemic" thoughts. We will meet next on May 18, from 2:30 to 4:30 p.m., at CCED. Note the variant time frame: We're moving our afternoon time back half an hour so that we can vacate the premises at closing time for our friends at CCED.
For next time, I agreed to present some trigger thoughts on "The Facilitator as Change Agent"--attempting to parse out the roles a facilitator might play in purposefully promoting transformation without straying from the core values we've identified.
