Meeting last night

Hi Guys,

 

Regarding my meeting last night we have been trying to figure out why the original meeting room request did not work. Since individual emails did work, we have come to the conclusion that it was because I used the group email address that everyone was closed out (ironical I think).  If this was the case, it is something to keep in mind if you are hosting meetings in DimDim. Of course I may be wrong……it does happen!

 

I appreciate everyone’s persistence in getting into the room and I think the presentation went well from there. Sorry about your bandwidth Herve!

 

Interesting to see how DimDim works and I will be blogging about this shortly when I get the time. Once again thanks for chasing everyone up Sarah. Anton of course was fantastic which also helped save my bacon.

 

When I got to work and saw the emails it was quite embarrassing but I suppose that is what this exercise is all about.  Thanks everyone for attending, it was fun!

Hey Rosanne,

 

There are some loopholes for sure, and sometimes its hard to track the error with web conferencing tools right on the spot,but worth investigating for future.

 

Sarah was on the spot communicating revised username with all of us.All were so positive and supportive while askg each one, whats up and all that.

 

Besides the initial hiccum getting in,the presentation on PLN was fantastic,thanks anton.& Roseanne,you facilitated the session very well & the Live web cam was great experience too.

All worth at the end.

 

Looking forward to viewing the recording.

Hi All

 

Please bear with me while I try and finalise a date for my online meeting...gosh I wish it had worked the first time!! As you know I had schedules 23 November at 12 noon. Robin, my presenter may not be able to make this time due to her family arriving for a holiday for Thanksgiving. Robin has been away for the last week on a science conference and didn’t have her diary with her in order to check dates.

 

I have noticed that November 20^th at 1pm has become free, if this suited Robin, can you please indicate how many of you may be able to attend my meeting if it was scheduled for this time?

Hi everyone

 

I have had word back from Robin and this time is worse for her. So the original time of Monday 23^rd November at 12 noon is confirmed. This date and time is in the wiki. I am sorry for mucking you around.

 

I hope I will see you on Monday. The only problem now is Robin can still not get into Elluminate, so we may have to meet in Dim Dim. I will let you know.

I have sent out another email, my meeting is NOT today, it is the original scheduled time of Monday 23^rd at 12 noon. It may have to be in DIM DIM as Elluminate patch is still not on. I will confirm this.
