Registry Error on load

Registry Error

"Facil Data Management for Media Access Centers has encountered an error writing to the registry.

Facil Data management for Media Access Centers will not run properly until the registry permissions are reset.

Do you want to repair the registry permissions now?"

Yes or No

**** It's not stopping us from running the program, and everything appears to be working alright, it's just annoying.

**** Makes no difference which is chosen.  Choosing yes, it does a process then opens Facil, but next time you
open Facil, same error message pops up.  Choosing no, the program opens normally.

**** Running Facil version 5.1, release 9/19/2013 on Windows 7 Enterprise
