[Facets] Facets Documentation Update

Just noticed that some of the core class documentation did not get
publish to the website. It looks like this is b/c RDoc 2 treats
#:nodoc: differently than it used to. I need to check my configuration
to be sure it's not something I'm doing, but #:nodoc: is now being
treated promiscuously? Probably a good thing. I've fixed the docs an
uploaded them again.

Yeah I think :nodoc means "clobber all docs and previous" and
:stopdoc: means "stop docs for this file or something [?]"
