Not until after the next major version of FaceGen is released in 2013.
The existing Modeller source code just wasn't designed to make that
possible.

If I am going to purchase Facegen for Windows will there be a
possibility to
change it to a mac version without having to pay again if there will
be one?

While the answer to this question is yes, there is currently no fixed
timeline for a Mac version, so no promises on when it will exist.
